摘要

大肠癌为全球常见恶性肿瘤之一，发病率及死亡率居高不下，敦促着临床医生们努力寻找有效的大肠癌防治策略。研究显示，阿司匹林对大肠癌具有独特的防治作用，其作用效果同阿司匹林使用时间及使用者遗传背景等因素相关，故有必要筛选出阿司匹林在大肠癌防治中的疗效预测标志物。该综述就阿司匹林对大肠癌的防治作用、可能的疗效预测标志物及相关机制研究进行综述。

Abstract

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world with high morbidity and mortality. Clinicians spare no effort to look for effective prevention and treatment strategies for colorectal cancer. Research shows that aspirin plays a unique role in colorectal cancer prevention and treatment. However

the effect is associated with the course of treatment

users’ genetic backgrounds and some other factors. This review aimed to summarize the prevention and treatment effects of aspirin on colorectal cancer

the possible molecular markers for predicting aspirin efficacy and related mechanisms.
