摘要

随着科技的发展，对肿瘤的诊断和治疗手段越来越先进，显著延长了患者的生存时间，改善了患者的生存质量，从而也使得多原发恶性肿瘤的检出率显著提高。而对多原发恶性肿瘤的漏诊和误诊增加了患者的死亡率，故该文对多原发恶性肿瘤的概况、流行病学、病因、诊断、治疗及预后予以综述。

Abstract

With the development of science and technology

the diagnosis and treatment of tumor is more and more advanced

which greatly prolongs patients’ survival time and improves the quality of life leading to increased incidence and detection rate of multiple primary malignant tumors. However

misdiagnosis of multiple primary malignant tumors increases the mortality rate of patients. In this review

we mainly discussed the overview

epidemiology

etiology

diagnosis

treatment and prognosis of multiple primary malignant tumors.
