摘要

颈部淋巴结转移是鼻咽癌初诊常见症状，经放化疗后部分患者仍存在颈部淋巴结残留或复发。外科手术是鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结残留和复发挽救治疗的重要手段之一，对延长鼻咽癌患者的生存时间和改善生活质量有重要意义。该文总结了近年来国内外手术治疗的相关文献，归纳了鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结残留和复发的规律、不同手术方式的应用指征及疗效。

Abstract

Metastasis is one of the main complaints of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. After radiotherapy and chemotherapy

residual and recurrent lymph nodes in the neck are still partially seen. Neck dissection is an important salvage treatment to improve survival and life quality. The present review summarizes the distribution of residual and recurrent lymph nodes

the applications of different salvage surgeries and outcomes.
