摘要

在对肺癌发生、发展及治疗的研究中发现，其脂代谢与上述过程均有密切关系。分析脂代谢与肺癌的关系，可能有助于准确诊断肺癌、预测疗效及评估预后，并开发基于肿瘤脂代谢的治疗药物。对肺癌患者的血脂表现特点、与疗效的关系及可能影响脂代谢的药物进行了综述，以期为临床工作提供参考。

Abstract

Recent study has found that lipid metabolism has close relation to the occurrence

development and therapy of lung cancer and gradually becomes a hot topic in cancer cell metabolism. Analyzing the relationship between lipid metabolism and lung cancer may be helpful for accurate diagnosis

prediction of therapeutic efficacy and estimation of prognosis. Additionally

it is possible to develop drugs for tumor lipid metabolism. Therefore

this paper reviewed the characteristics of blood lipid in patients with lung cancer

their relationship to therapeutic efficacy and the medicines for lipid metabolism. This can provide reference for treatment targeting lipid metabolism in lung cancer.
