摘要

甲状腺结节特别是分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid carcinoma，DTC)近年来呈高发趋势。随着患者数量以及相关研究的增加，2015年美国甲状腺学会(American Thyroid Association，ATA)更新了甲状腺结节与DTC治疗指南。指南中明确提出其主要目标是：减小对大多数与疾病相关的死亡、复发的风险，并降低对患者的过度治疗带来的潜在危害，而给予高危险患者恰当的治疗和监控。该文对2015年ATA《成人甲状腺结节与分化型甲状腺癌诊治指南》的外科部分做一解读。

Abstract

The prevalence of thyroid nodules

especially differentiated thyroid cancer

has increased during the past decades. With the consideration of increasing prevalence of the disease

American Thyroid Association (ATA) updated the guidelines for adult patients with thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer in 2015. The aim of the new guidelines was to minimize potential harm from overtreatment in majority of patients at low risk for diseasespecific mortality and morbidity while appropriately treat and monitor those patients at higher risk. The updates of surgery-related contents in new ATA guidelines are interpreted in this article.
