摘要

抗血管生成治疗作为肿瘤靶向治疗方式已得到临床广泛应用。抗血管生成治疗诱导的血管正常化效应机制，可以逆转肿瘤内部结构和功能异常的新生血管，改善肿瘤微环境的组织间隙高压、低氧和酸中毒，提高放化疗及免疫治疗的疗效。

Abstract

Therapeutic strategies targeting tumor angiogenesis have been approved for cancer therapy. Vasculature normalization induced by anti-angiogenic drugs can restore abnormal tumor vessels

and improve the tumor microenvironment characterized by hypoxia

extracellular acidosis

and high interstitial fluid pressure

improve the cancer treatment results by chemoradiotherapy and immunotherapy.
