Exosome is a kind of biological membrane structure at nanometer level. It is secreted by various cells and widely distributed in most body fluids. Biological active substances

have been identified in the exosomes. Exosome may be involved in cell-to-cell substance transporting and signaling. Non-coding RNAs have important function of regulating gene expression and also play key roles in the occurrence and development of many cancers. Research on exosome-derived non-coding RNA is a new hotspot at present. In this paper

we will review research progress on exosome and exosome-derived non-coding RNA in digestive system malignancy.
