摘要

胰腺癌是一种发病隐匿、进展快、疗效不佳、中位生存期短、预后极差的一种恶性肿瘤，素有“癌中之王”的称号。随着居民生活水平的提高和临床检出率的提升，近年来胰腺癌的发病率呈现逐年增长的趋势，成为威胁居民健康水平的重要因素。随着基础研究和临床研究的深入，胰腺癌的分子机制和临床分型特点越来越清晰，为攻克“癌王”提供了理论上的依据。本文对2018年胰腺癌的重大研究进展进行综述。

Abstract

Pancreatic cancer is a highly lethal disease

for which mortality closely parallels incidence. Most patients remain asymptomatic

and the disease progresses rapidly. Due to economic development and improvement of clinical detection rate

incidence of pancreatic cancer is roaring

which becomes a serious health problem. Thanks to the development of basic and clinical research

more detailed information is obtained on pancreatic cancer

providing theoretical support for conquering “the king of cancer”. This review summarized recent high quality studies on pancreatic cancer.
