China Oncology has won many awards, including:

1. On December 24, 2000, the code for retrieval and evaluation data of Chinese Academic Journals (CD version) (promulgated by the State Press and Publication Administration in January 1999) was seriously implemented. In the first evaluation activity for the implementation of CAJ-CD specification, the main normative data met the standard requirements and won the excellent 1. Award for the implementation of CAJ-CD specification.
2. In December 2013, it was rated as "Excellent Journal of Series Journals of China Anti-Cancer Association".
3. In June 2016, acquired the Second Shanghai University Excellent Science and Technology Journal Award.
4. On December 8, 2017, acquired the 2017 Excellent Paper Organization Award of China Anti-Cancer Association Series Journals.

5. In May 2018, acquired the Third Shanghai University Excellent Science and Technology Journal Award.

6. On October 21, 2018, it was rated as "top 100 science and technology journals of Chinese universities in 2018".
7. In September 2019, acquired the “Excellent Organization Award of the Third China Science and Technology Journal Youth Editing Business Competition".
8. In August 2020, acquired the “Excellent Organization Award of the Fourth China Science and Technology Journal Youth Editing Business Competition".
9. In December 2020, the "Guidelines and Consensus" column of China Oncology was honored as the "Excellent Column of Journals in East China in 2020".

10. In April 2021, acquired the 4th Shanghai University High-Quality Scientific and Technological Journal Award.

11. In Nov. 2022, acquired "Top 100 Science and Technology Journals in the 2022 Demonstration Case Library of Chinese University Science and Technology Journals" award.

12. In May 2024, acquired the 5th Shanghai University High-Quality Scientific and Technological Journal Award.
13. In Sep. 2024, the "Guidelines and Consensus" column of China Oncology was honored as the "Excellent Column of Journals in East China in 2024".
14. In 2024, 7 articles published on China Oncology indexed in F5000, China.
15. Three articles published on China Oncology indexed in SHMJ50 (Shanghai Medical Journal Top 50)。
