NK/T细胞淋巴瘤分为两类:结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤（extranodal nasal typel NK/T-cell lymphoma

ENKTCL）和侵袭性NK细胞白血病。ENKTCL是血液系统中具有高度恶性的肿瘤

仅占非霍奇金淋巴瘤（non-Hodgkinlymphoma

NHL）的0.5%
