摘要

正1临床资料患者

女性

50岁

于2017年10月9日因"发现右下牙龈肿物1月余"就诊于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院口腔科。患者在2017年9月拔牙后出现右侧下牙龈肿物

且逐渐增大

在进食后肿物会因为摩擦而出血。患者否认既往射线接触史、手术外伤史

否认患其他疾病

否认吸烟、酗酒、咀嚼槟榔病史。查体发现右下牙龈可见约5cm×3cm的红色肿块

触之疼痛。颈部淋巴结未触及明显肿大。MRI显示

右下牙龈肿块大小为46mm×45mm×36mm

与右下颌骨分界不清

与周围软组织和舌界限清晰

同时可见双侧多个小的颌下淋巴结（图1）。影像学的初步诊断为牙龈恶性病变。其他检查包括胸部X线和腹部超声结果均正常。
