摘要

急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia，ALL) 是一种常见的恶性血液疾病。虽然成人ALL患者在诱导缓解治疗后完全缓解率可达80%以上，但大多数患者最终出现复发，长期生存率低。本研究对近年来成人ALL诊疗的进展进行综述，为成人ALL患者的诊疗提供参考和依据，以进一步改善该类患者的生存质量。
