摘要

经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization，TACE)是临床不可切除肝癌的主要治疗方法，扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging，DWI)作为一种无创的MRI功能成像，能先于肿瘤形态学改变，观察到肿瘤的功能改变，在肝癌化疗栓塞术后的随访中，能够及时、准确地检测到肝内新发病灶，鉴别肿瘤组织的坏死和残留。

Abstract

Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is the main treatment method for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). As a non-invasive functional MR imaging

diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) can reflect the functional changes in tumor before morphologic changes. In the follow-up of HCC after TACE

DWI can detect new lesions and distinguish necrotic neoplastic tissue and residual neoplastic tissue timely and accurately.
