摘要

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，也是女性癌症死亡主要的原因，各种治疗方式在提高乳腺癌患者生存率的同时，其心脏毒性也逐渐引起人们的重视。然而近年来也有部分研究发现，抗肿瘤药物并没有显著增加患者心血管疾病的死亡率。就乳腺癌患者心血管系统疾病的研究现状和争议综述，以期为关注这一领域的临床研究者提供一些思路。

Abstract

The most common malignant tumor in women is breast cancer

which is also the main cause of female cancer death. Various treatment methods have improved the survival rate of breast cancer patients

and their cardiotoxicities have gradually attracted people's attention. Recent studies have found that anti-tumor drugs do not significantly increase the mortality of cardiovascular disease in patients. This article reviewed current status and controversy of cardio-oncology in breast cancer to provide thoughts for clinical researchers in this field.
