摘要

随着MRI诊断技术发展及多通道高灵敏线圈的使用，使弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging，DWI)在腹部的应用得到实现，其在肾脏肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断中具有很大意义。本文就磁共振DWI技术在肾细胞癌诊断中应用优势与局限性，以及肾脏DWI技术的最新研究进展予以综述。

Abstract

With the improvement of MRI equipment performance and the usage of multi-channel high sensitivity coil

the application of the diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in the abdomen has been achieved. And the DWI has great significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal tumors. In this article we reviewed advantages and limitations of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging technology diagnosis in renal cell carcinoma

and also reviewed the latest research progress of DWI technology in the use of kidney.
