摘要

随着晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存期的延长及治疗方法的增多，全程化管理的重要性日益凸显。本文按表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR)基因突变状况不同，分别综述了EGFR基因突变阳性、阴性及未知的患者全程化管理策略。

Abstract

Along with prolongation of overall survival and increasing of therapeutic methods in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

whole-process management has become more and more important. We reviewed the wholeprocess management strategy according to difference of mutation state of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene.
