摘要

卵巢癌是死亡率最高的妇科恶性肿瘤，其5年生存率仅为30%。尽管70%~80%的卵巢癌为上皮性癌，但越来越多的证据表明，癌间质细胞如内皮细胞、成纤维细胞和巨噬细胞等对卵巢癌的恶性进展具有重要的调控作用，因此研究这些间质细胞的相关功能可能会找到有效治疗卵巢癌的新靶点。该文就目前已发表的关于卵巢癌间质细胞功能及其相关作用蛋白为主要线索，对其与卵巢癌治疗的相关性研究进行综述分析，旨在总结和寻找卵巢癌治疗的新途径和新方法。

Abstract

Ovarian cancer bears the highest mortality in gynecologic cancer

and its 5-year survival rate is about 30%. Although 70% to 80% ovarian cancer is epithelial origin

increasing evidence indicates that reciprocal interactions between tumor cells and various types of stromal cells also play important roles in driving ovarian tumor progression and that these stromal cells represent attractive therapeutic targets. This review discusses the biological significance of the cross-talk between ovarian cancer cells and three major types of stromal cells (endothelial cells

fibroblasts and macrophages) and the development of new-generation therapies that target the ovarian tumor microenvironment.
