Abstract

Abstract: Chemotherapy has been widely used in treating patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Despite the tremendous progress achieved in cancer treatment during the last decades, drug resistance remains a major obstacle to effective treatment for CRC. Emerging evidence shows that microRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in regulating the drug sensitivity of tumor cells. This review aimed to summarize the association of microRNA expression with chemotherapy in colorectal cancer.
