Research progress in pancreatic cancer in 2019 from experimental study to clinical evaluation

Abstract: As a highly lethal disease with a dismal prognosis and possessing features as latent onset, fast progression and resistance to treatment, pancreatic cancer is constantly laying a burden on population with an increasing incidence rate. With the efforts made by researchers in basic, translational and clinical research and improved cognition of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer are rapidly gaining ground into a new era of precision medicine, thus provides a scientific foundation for long-time living of the patients with pancreatic cancer. In this article, we tracked down and reviewed latest advances in basic, translational and clinical research of pancreatic cancer to offer valuable references.
